These plans add coverage to the Original Medicare Plan (and
Medicare Cost Plans and some Medicare
Private-Fee-for-Service plans). The Original Medicare Plan
is a fee-for-service plan. You can go to any doctor or
hospital that accepts Medicare.

We offer six Medicare Supplemental
plans - A, C, E, F, J and SmartChoice (SM) Enhanced Plan F. Each
plan offers varying benefits that coordinate with Medicare. These
plans include:
- Coverage for basic Medicare benefits
- Freedom to see any Medicare Participating Physician
- Covers the Medicare Part A and Annual Part B Deductible
- Pays B Excess (100%)
- Physician's services, hospital outpatient services and
supplies
- Ambulance services
- Physical and speech therapy
- Health care received outside the United States
Blue Cross offers a Prescription Drug Program (Generic Drugs
Only) $12 Co-Payment on their Smart Choice Plan F Medicare
Supplement, Does not apply to basic Plan F. Premiums are based on
Age and (Non-Smoker / Smoker)
